This chili recipe is loaded with tons of protein and yummy flavors. You will definitely want to top this dish with some fresh cilantro and sliced avocados.

Recipe:
Sauté 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic and a diced red pepper in a 1TBS of olive oil. Sauté for 5 minutes. Next add 1 cup of red lentils and 1/2 package of taco seasoning. Stir until the lentils are coated with the seasoning. Next add 1 can of tomato sauce and 2 cups of water. Cook on low for about 20 minutes until the lentils are soft.
